While disposing Writ Petition No.15752 of 2023, this Court directed to deposit cost of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh) in this Court which was made payable to respondent nos.1 and 2. 3.

Present civil application is filed on behalf of original respondent no.1 contending that name of applicant/respondent no.1 is mentioned as Sumanbai Motiram Pail as legal heir of Shankar Tanu Bhusare in the proceeding of Writ Petition No.15752 of 2023 as well as other litigation. The applicant has remarried with one Yadavrao Patil and, therefore, she is now referred as Sumanbai Yadavrao Patil. Now the documents like Aadhar Card, Pan Card, Bank Account and other documents are maintained by her in the said name. The copies of such documents are filed on record along with this application. She would therefore urge that cost amount of Rs.1,00,000/- may be

Learned advocate appearing for respondent has no objection to grant prayer in civil application. 5.

In that view of matter and considering documents tendered along with civil application, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
