The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner was reinstated under orders of the Labour Court and confirmed by the Industrial Court. The contempt proceedings are also filed before the Labour Court so also recovery proceedings. The petitioner has attained age of superannuation, still no benefits are accorded to the petitioner. 2.

Considering the fact that, the petitioner has already attained age of superannuation and could not get the fruits of the orders as yet, the respondent No. 2 shall decide the proceedings of the petitioner, of course, after following due legal process and hearing all parties concerned, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
