The learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners-original defendants in R.D.No. 78 of 2012 are aggrieved by the order dated 03.05.2017, passed by the executing Court granting police aid to the decree holder to cultivate the field and remove the crop from G.Nos.374, 375 and 377.

This Court had not stayed the said order and the said order has been implemented. This petition is, therefore, rendered infructuous. In view of the above, this petition is disposed off as being infructuous.
