It is an application for stay moved by the applicant/acquiring body.

Heard Mr. Solshe, learned counsel for applicant/acquiring body, Mr. P. M. Kulkarni, learned AGP for respondent No.1 and Mr. Patil, learned counsel for original claimant.

It is revealed during the course of argument that the applicant/acquiring body has deposited the entire amount of compensation under the impugned award in this Court and complied the earlier order of interim stay passed by this Court. As such, the interim stay granted by this Court needs to be made absolute. Hence, the following order is passed:
