Learned A.G.P. on instructions from respondent no.3 submitted that, the various applications filed by the petitioner have been decided by the concerned Authority and a letter dated 24.1.2022 has been issued in that behalf. A photo copy of the said letter dated 22.1.2022 is placed on record. A copy of the same has been served upon the learned Advocate for the petitioner in court. 2.

In view of the above, prayer clause (B) of the petition is worked out and nothing further survives in the petition.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he will adopt appropriate remedy as may be permissible under the law to challenge the said communication/letter dated 24.1.2022 before appropriate Authority. 4.
