In this petition, the petitioners have challenged the adinterim order passed under Order 39 Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure. Misc. Civil Appeal filed by the petitioners has also been dismissed as being untenable.

Since application Exhibit 5 is pending adjudication, I do not find that this petition deserves to be entertained, which assails an ad interim order.

As such, this petition is disposed off.
