The petitioner is waiting for decision at the hands of the respondent - scrutiny committee which has closed his proposal for passing the order on 02-08-2023 but still has not pronounced it. 2.

It is now being submitted that the petitioner would lose chance of getting admission at least in the institute level round for

2 WP / 10099 / 2023 ACAP seats and the option is to be filled in between 11 August 2023 and 16 August 2023. It is being submitted that the petitioner wil have to physically carry the validity certificate to the institute where he gets the admission.

Since already the committee has closed the matter for orders, we direct the committee to pronounce it by 14 August 2023. 4.

Writ petition is disposed of.

Learned AGP to immediately communicate the order telephonically to the concerned.
