DATED : 23rd FERUARY, 2015 P.C. :- Respondent nos.3 and 4 have filed affidavit wherein, it is clearly stated that on 26/9/2014 proposal is forwarded to the Education Officer (Primary) seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner.

2] Heard learned counsel for respective parties. In view of the fact that reliefs claimed by the petitioner is seeking direction against respondent nos.3 and 4 to forward the proposal, the main grievance does not survive.

3] In light of that, we pass following order :

a] Respondent Education Officer shall take decision on the proposal forwarded by the management seeking approval in respect of appointment of petitioner (Exh.R-5) expeditiously preferably within three months.

wp9171-14 -24] In view of the aforesaid directions, rest of the prayers are not considered by us. Petitioner is at liberty to raise the said issue in appropriate proceeding. All contentions in that regard are kept open. 5] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
