The applicant seeks to condone the delay of 297 days caused in filing the appeal. The perusal of the reasons as stated in the application depicts that the delay is occasion on account of administrative reasons. The applicant has not derived any advantage by making the delay. Mr. Patil, vehemently opposes the application.

For the reasons as stated in the application, sufficient cause is made out. Hence, application is allowed.
