Order dated 25.11.2020, passed by District Judge-7, Ahmednagar, in Miscellaneous Civil Appeal No. 50/2020, thereby granting status quo is impugned in the present petition. 2.

Having heard the learned advocate for the petitioner and learned advocates for the respondents and on going through the writ petition memo, annexures and the impugned order, this Court is of the opinion that no case is made out by the petitioner to warrant interference in the discretionary relief granted by the Appellate Court. Writ petition being devoid of merit is dismissed. 3.

Hearing of the suit is expedited.
