The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, validation proceeding is pending since the year 2013. Same is not decided. The petitioner has completed internship. The internship completion certificate is not issued. The petitioner has to undergo the bond period.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3. Mr. Pulkundwar, the learned advocate accepts notice for the respondent No. 4. 3.

The petitioner shall appear before the Scrutiny Committee on 02nd November, 2021. The committee shall endeavour to decide the proceedings within a period of six (06) months from

2 wp 11238.21 the date of appearance of the petitioner.

As the petitioner has to undergo mandatory bond period, the respondent No. 4 shall not withhold internship completion certificate, in case the petitioner is otherwise eligible only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. 5.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
