Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner in in urgent need of a decision by the Scrutiny Committee, else the petitioner would stand to lose the PG admission. 2.

Irrespective of the fact whether the petitioner is entitled to or otherwise to have a certificate of validity, so long as Committee does not decided the proposal and the matter does not reach this Court against the final order, we will not be in a position to direct the provisional certificate of validity to be issued.

However, as is submitted by the learned AGP on behalf of the Scrutiny Committee it would decide the petitioner's proposal by tomorrow.

Since the statement is being made, on instructions, in presence of the Law Officer of the Scrutiny Committee, we accept the statement as an undertaking to this Court and dispose of the Writ Petition.
