Present application has been filed for withdrawal of the amount. Amount of Rs.13,93,167/- has been deposited in this matter. 2.

Learned Advocate for respondent Nos.1 and 2 is absent who had filed the appeal. Perusal of the appeal memo would show that the appeal has been filed to challenge the quantum. Under such circumstance, case is made out for partial withdrawal of the amount. 3.

Applicants are allowed to withdraw amount of Rs.3,50,000/- each subject to filing an undertaking within a period of eight weeks that
