The learned counsel appearing for respondents no.2 and 9 i.e. the Competent Authority makes a statement that amount of the Award along with reference will be referred to the concerned civil court within three (03) weeks.

On such reference being received, the concerned civil court to decide the same as expeditiously as possible since the lands are acquired in the year 2016.

The learned counsel appearing for the private respondents i.e. the legal heirs / representatives of respondent

2 927 no.8 submits that he would appear in the matter in the reference without further notice.

The concerned reference court to decide the reference as expeditiously as possible and all endeavour shall be made to decide the same expeditiously and in any event within a period of six (06) months after the service of notice on all affected parties. 6.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
