The learned Advocate for the Petitioner points out that his name has been wrongly spelt as "V.A. Dankh" instead of "Shri V.A. Dhakne" in the order dated 21.08.2023. 2.

The order dated 21.08.2023 be corrected by recording the name of Shri V.A. Dhakne as an Advocate for the Petitioner. Corrected copy of the order be uploaded. 3.

We have considered the submissions of the learned Advocates for the respective sides.

Since it is well settled law that the service period
