Parshuram'

, the same was typed as '

Purushottam' in the memo of writ petition.

The learned counsel for the respondent No.2 also accepts that the name of the petitioner ought to be '

Parshuram'

In view of that, the petitioner is permitted to amend the memo of writ petition with regard to the title clause and if the memo of writ petition is amended, the name of the petitioner in the order dated 07.09.2021 be corrected as per the memo of writ petition.
