By this Civil Application, the petitioner prays for setting aside the order of the learned Registrar dated 27/08/2018, as the Writ Petition was refused registration for non-removal of office objections. The Civil Application is filed in time. 2.

Considering the above, this Civil Application is allowed with the following directions :

(A) All office objections in the Writ Petition shall be removed on/or before 24/10/2018, failing which the Writ Petition would stand dismissed without reference to the Court on 25/10/2018.

(B) If the above direction is complied with, the order of the learned Registrar shall stand recalled and the petition shall be registered and listed for admission on 29/10/2018. ( RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J. ) S.P.C.
