On 28.06.2019 this Court had passed the following order : ". Appellants/Applicants are directed to take steps against respondent/respondents on or before 19.07.2019.

2. If steps are taken, issue notices to respondent/respondents, returnable on 23.08.2019.

3. If steps are not taken within the aforesaid period, applications/appeals would stand dismiss automatically as against those respondent/respondents without further reference to this Court."

The Appeal is yet to be registered. The learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that he will take appropriate steps within a period of eight weeks, if the Application is allowed and the matter is restored. 3.

It is clear from the above referred order that, for want of taking appropriate steps, the Applications / Appeals came to be dismissed. In this view of the matter and in view of the above submissions, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause ' B' and 'C'. Appropriate

steps be taken by the Applicant within a period of eight (8) weeks. The Application stands disposed off accordingly.
