A proposal for grant of permanent approval to the appointment of the petitioner is pending with respondent No.2. It is prayed that the said proposal may be decided within four weeks. 2.

The learned AGP submits that the proposal would be decided within three months.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. Respondent No.2 shall decide the pending proposal on it's own merits and by following the due procedure laid down in law, on or before 15th April, 2023.
