By this Civil Application, the petitioner prays for setting aside the order of the learned Registrar dated 13/08/2018, as the Writ Petition was refused registration for non-removal of office objections and for condonation of 10 days delay caused in filing this Civil Application.

Heard. The delay of 10 days is condoned.

Considering the above, this Civil Application is allowed with the following directions :

(A) All office objections in the Writ Petition shall be removed on/or before 24/10/2018, failing which the Writ

Petition would stand dismissed without reference to the Court on 25/10/2018.

(B) If the above direction is complied with, the order of the learned Registrar shall stand recalled and the petition shall be registered and listed for admission on 29/10/2018. ( RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J. ) S.P.C.
