It appears that, parties have filed consent terms dated 11.08.2025, which has been signed by petitioner no.3-Datta Vitthal Magar on behalf of petitioner nos.1 and 2 on the basis of Power of Attorney, whereas respondent no.1-Mr. Baliram Vaman Magar singed it on behalf of respondent nos.2 to 12 and for himself. 3.

In light of aforesaid facts, writ petition stands disposed of in terms of settlement tendered before this Court.
