DATED : 19th AUGUST, 2015 P.C. :- Mr. Thombre, learned counsel for respondent No.2 University makes a statement that as per the Government Resolution dated 27.10.2009, respondent No.2 University is duty bound to advertise the vacant posts and fill up the said posts as per the merits, keeping 5% reservation for project affected persons' category.
