The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that the representation dated 13th January, 2020, pending before the District Collector, Osmanabad who is the Chairman of the Tuljabhavani Trust, be directed to be decided within a time frame. Reliance is placed on a judgment delivered by this Court dated 10.02.2015 in Writ Petition No. 6001 of 2013.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off with the direction that Respondent No.3 shall decide the pending proposal/ representation by following the due procedure laid down in law and by considering the judgment of this Court in Writ Petition No. 6001 of 2013, within a period of 60 days from today.
