Learned Advocate for the applicant submits that charge sheet has been filed in this case now, i.e. on 10.10.2021 when he had filed the bail application on 4.10.2021. Under said circumstance, he seeks liberty to withdraw the application with further liberty to approach the trial Court once again.

Taking into consideration the fact of filing of the charge sheet subsequently, the applicant is allowed to withdraw the application with liberty to approach the Trial Court with appropriate application.
