Learned advocate Mr. Kharosekar for respondent No.2 submits that there was delay in filing the second appeal. It was condoned subject to appellants depositing a cost of Rs.7,000/- and the amount is lying in the court and it may be directed to be paid to the respondents. 6.
Learned advocate Mr. Waramaa for the appellant does not have any objection for the amount of cost being paid to the respondents. 7.
