For the reasons stated in the application, I am inclined to set aside the order dated 05.06.2018 passed by the learned Registrar

ORDER

I) Delay caused in filing the application is condoned. II) The order dated 05.06.2018, passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, is set aside.

III) The legal heirs of deceased Bhagwat Kashinath Patil be taken on record as are mentioned in the application. IV) Necessary amendment be carried out within one week.

V) Civil Application No.11111 of 2018 and Civil Applications (Stamp) Nos.7605 of 2015 and 7606 of 2015 stand disposed of.
