The petitioner who is seeking furlough leave has submitted the application on 08.06.2022 but in spite of the stipulation of 45 days in the Government Resolution dated 01.08.2007, it has not been considered. 3.
The learned A.P.P., on instructions, submits that the Jail Superintendent-respondent No. 2 has received the report of the concerned Superintendent of Police today itself and he would forward it to the respondent No. 1-DIG Prisons.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent No. 2 to immediately forward that report to the respondent No. 1-DIG Prisons, who shall decide the petitioner's application within seven (07) days from today. ( ABHAY S. WAGHWASE J.) (MANGESH S. PATIL, J.) mkd/- 1/1
