Learned counsel for the applicants submits that on 15th January, 2025 he had argued only for Criminal Application No. 3706 of 2024 and not

In Criminal Application No. 4685 of 2024, sentence imposed against the applicant therein has been temporarily suspended on the medical ground vide order dated 28th November, 2024 and same has been continued till 24th January, 2025. Learned counsel for the applicants, therefore, seeks to restore Criminal Application No. 4685 of 2024 at its original position and continue the interim relief granted therein. 4.

In view of above, we recall the order dated 15th January, 2025 only to the extent of Criminal Application No. 4685 of 2024 and restore it to its original position. Further, interim relief granted to the applicant therein to continue till next date. List Criminal Application No. 4685 of 2024 on 24th February, 2025.
