Learned APP is placing on record copy of the age determination report by the Medical Board, Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad in view of the order passed by this Court on 28.11.2022. The age of the petitioner has been determined by the Medical Board is between 60-70. Taking into consideration this certificate learned APP submits that Deputy Inspector General (prison) would take decision in respect of premature release, in view of the Notification dated 01.12.2015 and the communication by Additional Director General of Police and Inspector

Cri.WP_1281_2022 General (prison) dated 11.01.2018, within a period of four weeks from today. In view of the said statement the purpose of the petition is served. Hence, the petition stands disposed of.
