Heard both sides.

The present applicant, who was arrested by Gondi Police Station in Crime No. I-111/2014, registered for the offences punishable under section 307, 395, 323, 324 of the I.P. Code and under section 4/25 of the Arms Act, is praying for his release on bail.

The order passed by this Court on 3rd December,

criapln4917-2015 2014 in Criminal Applications No. 5894/2014 and 5897/2014 would show that all other accused were directed to be released on bail by this Court. Upon perusal of the record, for the similar reasons forwarded in the said order, the present application is also allowed. Hence, the following order :- 4.

The applicant - Rameshwar s/o Ambrushi Kure be released on bail in Crime No. I-111/2014, registered with Gondi Police Station, Taluka Ambad, District Jalna for the offences punishable under section 307, 395, 323, 324 of the I.P. Code and under section 4/25 of the Arms Act, upon his executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- (rupees fifteen thousand) and also upon furnishing surety in the like amount.

Hamdast allowed.

The present application is accordingly allowed and disposed of.
