Writ Petition No.3935 of 2021 was dismissed on account of the default on the part of the petitioners in not removing office objections. This Civil Application has been filed within limitation praying for re-calling of the order. The learned Advocate for the applicants submits that all office objections would be removed within two weeks. 2.

The learned A.G.P. opposes the application.

In view of the above, this Civil Application is allowed on the following conditions:- a) If all office objections in the writ petition are removed on or before 9.12.2021, the writ petition be restored at the stage at which it was

ca11709.21 (2) dismissed in default and then be listed in the urgent admissions category on 21.12.2021.

b) If the above direction is not complied with, this order shall stand recalled on 10.12.2021 without reference to the Court and the earlier order dated 27.10.2021 shall remain in force.
