The applicant, who has been convicted by the learned Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge-3, Jalna vide

2 Cr. Appln. 4918/2015 judgment and order dated 31/08/2015 passed in Sessions Case No. 46 of 2014, for the offences punishable under section 201 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for 3 years for the said offences, is praying for suspension of the substantive sentences during the pendency of the appeal and his release on bail.

Considering the short term sentences awarded to the present applicant/appellant, the substantive sentences are hereby suspended.

The applicant be released on bail, upon his execution of P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen Thousand) and also upon furnishing surety in the like amount.

Hamdast granted.

Application stands disposed of accordingly.
