Learned counsel for both sides make statement that parties have settled the disputes before the Tribunal. Present appeal is against the order under Section 140 of Motor Vehicle Act. In view of the compromise, learned counsel for the applicant seeks withdrawal of the applications and first appeal. Hence, applications and first appeal stand disposed of as withdrawn.

The amount deposited by the appellant-insurer be transferred for the purpose of disbursement. There is no dispute about the fact that the amount of compromise is already deposited with the Tribunal. In view of this, there is no impediment in permitting the appellant to withdraw 908.ca10754.19.odt
