ORDER :- This is an application for amendment on the basis of subsequent events and for addition of parties. 2.

The proposed respondent Nos. 5 and 6 are served, however, none appears for the said respondents. The writ petition is yet to be admitted. In such circumstances, for the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Amendment to be carried out within one week from today.

Petitioner to serve copy of the amended petition on the learned AGP. Now, issue notice to the newly added respondents in the writ petition, returnable on 24.8.2022.
