Despite giving latitude, no further progress appears to have been made in respect of furnishing bank guarantee, as ordered, till this date.

Mr. Wani, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicants submits that solvent surety as directed had in fact been tried to be furnish, however, it was delayed by ten days. 3.

As a matter of fact, order dated 15th April, 2016 in writ petition No.4319 of 2016 had been passed since it had been given to understand that applicants were possessed of properties

{2} ca12881-16 from which amount would be generated in order to enable them to furnish bank guarantee. However, despite leniency being shown, till this date, no further progress is shown, in order to give further latitude.
