This is an application for withdrawal of amount of compensation deposited by the Acquiring Body in this Court.

2.

Heard both the sides.

3.

For the reasons stated in the application the applicant is permitted to withdraw 50 % amount of compensation on the undertaking that in case, adverse orders are passed against him, the applicant will redeposit the amount in this Court within a period of 12 weeks from the date of order.

4.

The applicant is permitted to withdraw 25 % amount of compensation on furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this 1/2

5.

Remaining amount shall be invested in the Nationalized Bank initially for a period of 13 months and shall be renewed thereafter from time to time as per the order of this Court.

Civil Application is disposed of.
