Second appeal came to be dismissed for non submissions of the paper book within time. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that now paper book is ready and the same would be submitted in case the appeal is restored. There is delay of 29 days caused in filing the application for restoration. In view of above submissions and for the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B" and "C". Civil application is accordingly disposed of.
