The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the appeal is pending before the SubDivisional Officer under Section 23 of the Mamlatdars Courts Act, 1906 and the interim stay application is also pending. However, the SubDivisional Officer has not taken steps to hear the application for stay. He further submits that the Tahasildar has initiated execution proceedings. 3.

In view of the same, the Sub-Divisional Officer to decide the interim stay application of the petitioners within a period of one (01) week

2 wp 11109.2023 from the date of the production of this order. For the Record, the petitioners have challenged the order passed by the Tahsildar dated 03.08.2023, bearing no. जा.्ቅ.२०२३/जमाबंदी -१/कावी-४१८ सी आर, before the Sub-Divisional Officer.
