The investigating officer is present. He accepts that inadvertently he failed to take entry of the incident of accused have fled on false pretext of bringing medicine from the car in the station diary. He however, thereafter took efforts to search accused. This, according to him, appears from the general diary entries dated 23.07.2024 & 24.07.2024. He claims that he has put in 33 years of unblemished service. 2.

Learned APP submits that even if it is an error that he is not taking entries in the station diary, no malafides can be attributed to him. 3.

In view of above, explanation of investigating officer is accepted. Proceeding stands closed. (R.M. JOSHI, J.) Umesh
