As far as mutation entry is concerned, the petitioner has a remedy to file an appeal u/s 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code. The petitioner is at liberty to avail of the said remedy. According to learned counsel, there is already decree in favour of the petitioner with regard to the award.
