Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner.

The Petitioner challenges rejection of the objection dated 11/07/2025, for deleting the name of Respondent No.4 from the provision voter lists on the count that he is a defaulter. On perusal of record it appears that various disputed questions of facts are raised and the same cannot be adjudicated in the present Writ Petition as the election process has already commenced. The Petitioner has an alternate remedy in terms of Section 91 of the Maharashtra Co-Operative Societies Act read with Rule 78 of the Election Rule 2014. Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to avail statutory remedy as available in law.
