The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the proposal has been given by the Headmaster seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak, however, since the year-2019 the same is not yet decided.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondents no. 1 to 4.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner (Page No. 16) is pending with respondent no. 4, then respondent no. 4 shall decide it on it's own merits, in
