The learned AGP submits that the District Collector has already proceeded with Gram Panchayat Disqualification Application No.146/2023 u/s 14 (j)(3) of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act and the proceedings would be concluded within a time frame as is prescribed in Law.

In view of the same, we have no reason to entertain this Petition and the same is disposed off.
