The applicant prays for condonation of delay of 615 days in lodging the Second Appeal. Reasons are cited in paragraph Nos. 3 to 6, in support of the prayer for condonation of delay.

Learned Advocates for the respondents oppose the request. All the respondents are closely related to the applicant. 3.

In the light of the above, and the reasons cited in the application, this application is allowed. Delay of 615 days caused in lodging the Second Appeal is condoned, subject to the applicant depositing costs of Rs.7,000/- in this Court within a period of six weeks from today. On depositing costs, the Second Appeal be registered and the non-applicants are at liberty to withdraw the said amount in equal proportions. 4.
