Heard learned counsel for appearing parties.

Learned counsel for applicant submits that the dispute between the parties came to be settled amicably in the Lok-Adalat and amount of Rs. 25,000/- deposited in this Court at the time of filing the appeal as statutory deposit, be refunded to the appellant-applicant himself. 3.

Learned counsel for respondents have no objection for refund of Rs.25,000/- as claimed by applicant-appellant being statutory deposit in this court.

In view of submissions and for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". The applicant is hereby permitted to withdraw 25000/- with interest, if any. The Registry to take requisite steps for disbursement of the statutory amount deposited in this Court to the applicant-appellant as directed above.
