The petitioner is challenging the order of the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nanded dated 25.01.2024 refusing to grant approval.

In the light of fora created under the Government Resolution dated 27 March, 2024, keeping with avenue open to the petitioner the writ petition is disposed of. 3.

The appellate authority shall not refuse to entertain petitioner's grievance on the ground of limitation provided in the G. R., if he files the appeal/application within a period of three

(03) weeks from today.
