Heard the learned Advocates appearing on behalf of the parties. The learned Advocate for the acquiring body has objected to the withdrawal applications.

The learned Advocate for the applicants submits that the applicants in the connected matters are permitted by the order of this Court to withdraw remaining 50 % amount along with accrued interest on furnishing solvent surety and security. In view of the same, the

949 CA 11279-2023 applicants are permitted to withdraw remaining amount deposited int his Court with accrued interest thereon subject to usual undertaking to be furnished to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The applications for withdrawal stand disposed of.

In view of no objection of the respondent, the Stay is confirmed with reference to the order dated 14/06/2019. All stay applications stand disposed of.
