Present Writ Petition is filed challenging the Aerial Distance Certificate, so also, IEM dated 18-08-2010 and the amended IEM dated 16-09-2010. The affidavit is filed by respondent Nos. 1 and 2. 2.

Affidavit states that under order dated 30-09-2019 respondent No. 2 has de-recognized IEM dated 18-08-2010, issued in favour of M/s Hindustan Sugar Limited (respondent No. 5). The copy of order dated 30-09-2019 is annexed along with affidavit-in-reply. 3.

In view of order dated 30-09-2019 de-recognizing IEM issued in favour of respondent No. 5, purpose of writ petition stands served and does not survive.
