The appellant acquiring body in all these applications are seeking extension of time of further period of 12 weeks for depositing the compensation amount as per the orders of this court dated 13/04/2018 and 15/06/2018. The acquiring body has also prayed for continuation of stay order already granted on 13/04/2018.

The learned counsel for the concerned claimants strongly opposed the application on the ground that the acquiring body despite suffcient opportunity failed to pay the compensation amount and their proposals for seeking grant of compensation have already been returned back.

However, since the acquiring body is perusing sincerely to obtain the grant for compensation, extension of time period for

2 929 ca 15291-22 further 12 weeks to deposit the amount of compensation is granted as a last chance, failing which the claimants will be at liberty to proceed further in pursuing remedy of execution. 5.
