This application is by the original claimant for withdrawal of amount deposited by the appellant/Insurance Company in this Court. It is the case of injury claim. Considering the grounds involved in the matter, following order.

ORDER

(I) The applicant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount with accrued interest deposited in this Court on furnishing usual undertaking. Remaining amount be invested in fixed deposit of any nationalized bank till the disposal of the appeal. The application stands allowed accordingly and is disposed of.
